The Hasinai Summer Youth Camp is held each summer near the end of June at the Caddo Nation's tribal complex in Binger, Oklahoma. The camp is open to all youth and is free to participants. During the week, children are instructed by tribal elders and community members in Caddo songs and dances, arts and crafts, stomp dance, traditional sports and games, and traditional cooking. The evening meal each night is prepared by the students in their afternoon classes and often includes dishes such as corn soup, habushko, fry bread, and grape dumplings. This camp is a wonderful opportunity for children to reconnect with or learn more about Caddo traditions.

The Hasinai Summer Youth Camp is funded largely by donations, fundraisers, and the participation of many dedicated volunteers. If you would like to help, please let us know. We are always looking for instructors and counselors for the camp, as well as donations of supplies for the classes.
